One of my gripes is when people buy your books, then a few days later get a refund. I'm lucky I've only had four or five refunds claimed out of my modest sales. However considering the price of my book 0.77p, and the fact that buyers can read at least three chapters of the book before they buy, I do find it a little hurtful. If you buy a physical book I'm sure you couldn't get a full refund, as a used book would lose it's value. I wonder whether these people demanding a refund have already read the book, and are looking to get the book for free. Maybe I'm being a little cynical , I don't know, but I can't help my thoughts.
